Proven experience leading, developing, and providing thoughtful care for HR teams in a multi‑site environment. Ability to lead through change, ambiguity, and transformation with Executive‑level communication and influencing skills. Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Master’s degree strongly preferred. Ability to travel 25%‑50%.
