Job TitleDirector, Release Product EngineeringJob DescriptionThe Director of Released Product Engineering is responsible for managing manufacturing engineering and project management activitiesYour role:Develop and lead governance of released products, driving functional alignment and prioritization of programs and projects in the released product portfolioLead end-to-end operations interface between the business, operations, and supply chain, acting as a liaison between themManage a team of operations members/program managers to partner with operations/supply chain to ensure released product projects are completed on time and on budgetEstablish and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders across various functions to resolve conflicting goals and prioritize driving optimal business solutionsDevelop and execute plant network optimization of existing products as well as manufacturing transfers and scale-up of new products, supplier changes, vertical integration and leading make vs. buy analysisYou're the right fit if:You’ve acquired 8+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s or 6+ years of experience with a Master’s in areas such as Manufacturing/Operations, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Production Engineering or Cost Engineering or equivalent. 10+ years of experience preferred.Your skills include environmental health and safety, product lifecycle management, process improvements, lean manufacturing, business acumen, cost optimization, project management, stakeholder management, change management, KPI management, budget management, people management, technology acumen, strategic planning and operational strategies.You have a Bachelor's Degree/ Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Sciences, Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent. Master’s in engineering or business administration preferred. Lean Manufacturing/Six Sigma Certification or Design for Reliability and Manufacturability Certification also preferred.You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position .How we work togetherWe believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
