Schedule: 1st shift, Monday–Friday, 6:00 am - 2:00 pm
Type: Full-Time | Temp to Hire
Requirements: Resume, Interview, Background Check, Drug Test, Authorized to Work in US
Position Summary
The Packer is responsible for accurately preparing all the labels for shipment by pulling, inspecting, packing, labeling, and staging customer orders. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to follow established procedures, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Pull and inspect items to ensure order accuracy.
- Pack products using the appropriate packaging materials.
- Weigh, label, and seal packages according to established procedures.
- Use scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to update and process orders.
- Stage completed orders in designated areas for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all company safety procedures and workplace guidelines.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and handle packages weighing up to 35 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift.
- Ability to safely handle and move products and packages as required.
