Occupational Therapist

Encompass Health in Midland, TX is seeking Occupational Therapists to deliver high-quality inpatient rehabilitation services to adult patients recovering from stroke, brain and spinal cord injury, orthopedic conditions, and complex medical events. In this role, you will perform comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and guide patients through evidence-based interventions to restore function and independence in daily activities. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, document in the EMR, and contribute to continuous quality improvement in a patient-centered, team-oriented environment.
