Research & Development (R&D) Technician

Do you love experimenting, solving problems, and bringing new ideas to life?   If you're naturally curious, detail oriented, and enjoy working in a hands-on laboratory environment, we'd love to meet you.

As an  R&D Technician , you'll play an integral role in developing innovative nutritional products from concept to production.  Working alongside our experienced team, you'll formulate, test, refine, and evaluate supplements, drink mixes, and other powdered and liquid products.  Every day brings a new challenge and an opportunity to create something new.

What You'll Do

* Develop and prepare product samples for testing and evaluation.

* Experiment with ingredients, flavors, and formulations to create high-quality nutritional products.

* Conduct hands-on testing and document results with accuracy and attention to detail.

* Collaborate with the R&D team to improve existing products and develop new formulations.

* Assist in transitioning successful formulations from the lab to full-scale production.

* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory workspace.

What We're Looking For

* Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

* Excellent  attention to detail.

* Experience in a lab, food science, chemistry, manufacturing, or product development environment is a plus, but not required.
