You will work within the expertise division, responsible for defining, ensuring the coherence, and evolving the data management architecture across the Data and AI Service Center of the AAE. In this role, you will define the architectures for data collection, storage, processing, and exposure, ensuring their global coherence, scalability, performance, and suitability to business and technical needs.

In this context, you will be tasked with:

• Defining and evolving data management architectures in line with business needs and technical constraints;
• Proposing adapted and optimized technical solutions;
• Ensuring the global coherence of the data architecture and its integration within the information system;
• Leading architectural and tooling choices in collaboration with technical teams and stakeholders;
• Supporting teams (data engineering, data science, governance) in the design and implementation of solutions;
• Contributing to the structuring of data models and the management of repositories;
• Ensuring that quality, governance, and data security requirements are met in the proposed architectures;
• Participating in the definition and dissemination of data architecture standards and best practices;
• Conducting technological surveillance on data management solutions and architectures.

Profile Sought

Holder of a degree at least Bac+5 (engineering school or university) in computer science, data engineering, information systems, or related field, you have significant experience in data management and architecture, including the design of complex solutions at the scale of an information system. You are proficient in the principles of data platform architectures (data lake, lakehouse, data warehouses) as well as the architectures for data collection, processing, and exposure (batch and streaming). You have solid experience in the selection and integration of data management technologies (storage, distributed processing, ingestion and transformation tools) and are capable of defining robust, extensible, secure, and cost-optimized architectures. You are recognized for your ability to ensure the global coherence of data architectures and their integration within the information system. With strong technical leadership, you lead architectural and tooling choices, support data teams in the implementation of solutions, and contribute to the dissemination of standards and best practices. You have a good understanding of data modeling issues, data repository management, quality, governance, and data security. Comfortable in a cross-functional environment, you effectively interact with various stakeholders (technical teams, business, IT architects) and contribute to aligning solutions with strategic directions. Finally, you conduct active technological surveillance to anticipate the evolution of architectures and data management tools.
