Our Dental Practice

1. Compensation: $53 to $65 per hour based on experience, plus an unlimited production bonus.
2. Employment Type: Available in both full-time and part-time options.
3. Work Schedule: Flexible weekdays, with no Sundays and limited Saturdays.
4. Location: Milltown, NJ.

In this position, you will:

• Foster strong relationships with patients through education and trust.
• Play a vital role in helping patients comprehend their treatment plans.

You will transition into a Lead Hygienist or Hygiene Leadership role, guiding the department and taking ownership of outcomes, along with a significant increase in compensation.

• Hourly rate of $55-$65 (negotiable based on experience).
• Sign-on bonus of $3,000 available after six months (for full-time positions only).

• Valid Dental Hygiene License.
• Familiarity with Dentrix is preferred.
