Pay: $19.00/hour (W2)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:45 AM–5:00 PM (EST)
Type: Temporary (approx. 12-month assignment)
Hours: 37.5 hours/week

Overview

We’re hiring a  Customer Care Representative to support equipment/order coordination and customer technical support. This role is ideal for someone who’s detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

What you’ll do

• Process orders for capital equipment and coordinate with internal teams (Contracts/Pricing, Finance, Territory Managers)
• Manage customer technical support needs and follow up to resolution
• Oversee service and repair workflows for equipment
• Track service/repair status within a service database (ServiceMax)
• Coordinate equipment loaner, invoicing, evaluation, and trade-out processes
• Support marketing with new product launches and related coordination
• Follow established guidelines, protocols, and policies

What we’re looking for

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required (Bachelor’s preferred)
• Strong proficiency with  Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Familiarity with tools like  Salesforce, JD Edwards, and/or SAP is a plus
• Strong communication and customer service skills (including handling challenging interactions professionally)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Accurate data entry, typing, and proofreading skills
• Comfortable with basic math
