VI Subcon Technology Lead

In the role, you will be responsible for developing Java based applications for given requirements which will be part of transaction processing for government social benefit. Your efforts include batch and web services file processing between state and banks and vendors, support of Siebel CRM, IVR Card/Vendor file processing, Mobile App, and Back Office and Client Web Portal Development. You will also deliver high quality code deliverables, support all types of testing and support activities related to development, transition and warranty. You will be part of a team where you will be responsible to support internal roadmap support for technical, security, compliance, and back office enhancements, as well as new product feature requests from the business. Required:

• Knowledge of Java, HTML/CSS, AngularJS, JQUERY, JSP, Spring, Stripes, Struts, Apache Axis, Tomcat, EJB, Core Java, Webservices, REST, SOAP, Corba, Hyperion, Jasper, Maven, Jenkins, Oracle
• Deliver high quality code deliverables and supports peers in quality checks such that design requirements are met.
• Ability to work in team in diverse/multiple stakeholder environment
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
• Experience in handling onsite-offshore team
• Experience in handling client interaction
• At least 9 years of experience in software development life cycle.

Preferred:

• Experience and desire to work in agile as well as waterfall delivery environment.
• Knowledge of Payment and Card services
