Rehab Unit Nurse Leader & Care Coordinator

Norwich Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking a Nursing Supervisor to lead RN supervisors, LPNs, CNAs and non-licensed staff across assigned shifts. You will plan, assign and direct work, ensure staffing adequacy, and address complaints while upholding patient care standards under HIPAA guidelines. The ideal candidate holds a NYS RN license, understands NYS DOH and Federal regulations, and has LTC experience preferred.
