Local Travel Physical Therapist Assignment

This role is a local travel Physical Therapist assignment in Hollister, California, offering a 13-week contract with weekly compensation up to $3,160 based on experience. The position provides comprehensive support and flexible scheduling for experienced PTs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment plans for patients
• Use evidence-based practices to restore function, relieve pain, and improve mobility
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and prevention strategies
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other therapists to ensure quality care
• Document patient progress and update treatment plans accordingly
• Maintain compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations

Qualifications:

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program required
• Hold a current California PT License required
• Maintain BLS Certification required

Preferred Skills:

• Have a minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred
