Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments through both virtual and in-person modalities to determine the mental health needs of students and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solutions-focused therapy, to address a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges.

• Actively collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, ensuring seamless coordination of care by participating in regular team meetings and case discussions, whether in-person or online.

• Document client progress meticulously and maintain accurate records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring that all treatment strategies and outcomes are logged in our electronic health record system.
