Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive assessments through both virtual and in-person modalities to determine the mental health needs of students and develop individualized treatment plans. \n
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solutions-focused therapy, to address a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges. \n
- Actively collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, ensuring seamless coordination of care by participating in regular team meetings and case discussions, whether in-person or online. \n
- Document client progress meticulously and maintain accurate records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring that all treatment strategies and outcomes are logged in our electronic health record system. \n
- Advocate for students' rights and help them access necessary resources within the community, leveraging both virtual tools and in-person interactions. \n
This role is centered around school-aged children and adolescents, often dealing with complex mental health issues in diverse populations. You will work closely with students from various backgrounds, many of whom face challenges that impact their academic performance and emotional well-being. As an LICSW, you will be instrumental in helping empower these students and support their journey towards improved mental health.

- State licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington. \n
- A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited university. \n
