Responsibilities Lead and enhance routine, new, and ad hoc financial analyses aligned with evolving business needs. Partner with the Senior Manager, Financial Operations to support strategic initiatives and special projects. Ensure compliance with internal control policies and financial governance standards. Core Technical & Analytical Capabilities Minimum 3-5 years of experience. Advanced financial analysis, including variance analysis and cost modeling. Strong Excel proficiency (pivot tables, data modeling); working knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI. Ability to synthesize large datasets into clear, actionable business insights. Solid understanding of financial operations, including inventory flows (WIP, FG) and asset lifecycle management. Experience supporting forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning processes. Proven ability to operate effectively in fast‑paced, cross‑functional environments (operations, supply chain, engineering). Strong data forensics and visualization skills to support executive‑level communication. Confident in stakeholder engagement, including internal teams and customer‑facing discussions.
