The ideal candidate will have experience hiring, training, and leading a team, will have a strong passion for people, and solid knowledge of sales best practices and customer retention strategies./ph3Responsibilities/h3ulliPerform various clerical and administrative duties/liliMaintain customer account agreements, vehicle files, verification of title information, records of the completion of reconditioning work, and other required information/liliAfter car is sold, review and print all the documents our clients need to sign and are related to different process such as title work, registration, bank funding, compliance and internal process./liliCollect payment, generate receipts and make the necessary virtual deposit operations./liliProcess temporary plates and other documents./liliRespond any audit inquiry and resolve any pending issue regarding with the deal./li/ulh3Qualifications/h3ulliHigh School Diploma or equivalent required. No experience in car dealership necessary./liliExcellent communication and organizational skills.
