BluePearl Pet Hospital is hiring an Daytime ICU Veterinary Technician! LVT I Pay: $22.25 - $32.00/Hr Schedule : Friday, Saturday, Sunday This pay band is a starting point and is dependent on experience and advancement through the Kahuna leveling system . We also offer competitive shift differential pay for eligible hours worked for nights and weekends. Shift Differentials (based on a 4-hour minimum): Mon – Fri: 6pm to 8am = $3.50 Shift Differential Sat & Sun: 8am to 6pm = $3.50 Shift Differential Sat & Sun: 6pm to 8am = $5.00 Shift Differential Are you committed and passionate about enriching lives through remarkable care for pets? This is a full-time position that requires flexibility to work nights and weekends and holidays. As a n ICU/Critical Care Technician, you will: Triage and obtain patient history Identify patients at risk for arrest and initiate CPR Place IVC's and advanced catheters like Jugular catheters, Central Lines or PICC lines Monitor and care for Ventilator Cases Work alongside other skilled technicians and assistants in providing excellent, advanced medicine to your patients Have a passion for mentoring and training other co-workers Feel gratification of nursing critically ill patients back to health and reunite them with their pet parents Why BluePearl?
