2027 Summer Analyst, Customer Experience (Related Ross)

Responsibilities The Summer Customer Experience Analyst will be responsible for assisting the CX team to evaluate the current experience our visitors receive across our retail and office spaces and identify enhancements as well as opportunities for growth. Comparing current practices against other top hospitality operators and researching ways AI and advanced technologies can better streamline processes will also be asked of this position. CX supports Retail, Office, and Residential departments, as well as the Related Life Program, Marketing activations and programming, and a number of other functions. This position will be expected to support events and other projects as needed, with a customer-centric mindset. CX Market Research Capstone Project The intern will be asked to present a detailed comparison of other designated retail shopping centers within Florida, noting their strengths and weaknesses as compared to our own multi-use spaces, and recommendations for any implementations. The analysis will include: Gift card program Amenities offered on-site, as well as which are free and which are paid Concierge, if offered (comparable to our brand ambassadors) Uniforms for onsite concierge, janitorial, valet, and security Valet and parking options and processes Anything else that was notable or memorable from the visit This information will be used to evaluate CityPlace, Village Landing, BRiC, and as applicable, the Office Collection. Additional daily duties may include: Survey analysis of retail visitor and office tenant feedback Support of CityPlace and Office events CX preparation for Village Landing Qualifications Current undergraduate junior with a target graduation date between December 2027 - May 2028 Actively pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or any other relevant field A strong passion for hospitality Exhibits a strong understanding of technical skills and job specific knowledge Demonstrates clear and concise communication skills, both verbally and in writing Self-Starter with a proactive approach to tackling tasks and challenges Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to new challenged in a dynamic environment Resume must include expected graduation month/year and GPA Related Ross is not offering visa sponsorship for this position.
