Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Location: Lacey, WA – Agency: Jackson Therapy Partners – Pay: $2,329 to $2,529 per week – Shift: Days, 5 days x 8 hours – Contract Duration: 13 weeks – Start Date: ASAP. About the Position Jackson Therapy Partners seeks an experienced LCSW to advocate for patients facing serious illness, grief, and psychosocial challenges while supporting home‑based hospice and palliative care patients in the Lacey, WA area. Minimum Qualifications Master’s degree in social work (MSW) from an accredited program. Current LCSW or equivalent state clinical social work license in good standing with the Washington State licensing board. HCHB (Homecare HomeBase) experience required. Experience working in hospice, palliative care, or home health settings preferred. Caseload management experience supporting 50–60 active patient cases preferred. Two years of supervised clinical experience preferred. Assignment Details Facility type: Home Health (Hospice specialty). Shift: Days – 8‑hour shifts, Monday through Friday. Typical schedule: M‑F 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (5x8). Guaranteed hours per week: 40. Territory: Lewis County or potentially Thurston County; travel within the territory may be required. Current caseload expectations: approximately 50–60 active cases. HCHB electronic medical record experience required.
