Originating Area Manager

Responsibilities AnnieMac Home Mortgage is looking to hire a Full Time Assist with the recruitment and hiring of Loan Officers and branches. Provide sales training and support. Provide leadership and direction consistent with the company’s mission, vision and values. Conduct a minimum of one quarterly site visit per branch. Conduct at least 2 meetings per month to track and ensure accountability for branches’ financial, recruitment and production goals. Communicate feedback to corporate services for process improvement to help support branch platform Establish and maintain client referral relationships with Realtors, builders and developers and make sales calls on potential or existing customers to develop new business or retain existing business. Act as a resource for Branch Managers. Train and oversee Branch Managers relative to proper techniques and standards, with appropriate follow-through. Maintain a professional image and standards consistent with company policies and procedures. This position is prohibited from discussing and/or negotiating loan terms with borrowers.
