Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized

Engineer Assistant

to provide administrative and project support to the Engineering, Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC), and Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) departments. This position is primarily office-based and involves coordinating documentation, tracking project progress, supporting daily departmental operations, and facilitating communication between office staff, field teams, and other departments.

Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is required.

Expected start date: January 4, 2027

Responsibilities Provide administrative and project coordination support to the Engineering, QA/QC, and EHS departments. Prepare, organize, and maintain project documents, reports, spreadsheets, records, and document revision logs. Assist with engineering submittals, inspection records, quality documentation, safety records, and other project-related paperwork. Track material requests, purchase orders, quotations, delivery schedules, and vendor communications. Assist with cost tracking, billing documentation, invoice processing, and payment follow-ups as needed. Coordinate with internal departments and field teams to follow up on project progress, documentation requirements, and outstanding items. Translate technical documents, quality records, safety instructions, emails, and other communications between English and Mandarin. Provide

interpretation during meetings and cross-department communications as needed. Prepare meeting minutes, weekly progress summaries, and other administrative reports. Assist with data entry, recordkeeping, and other departmental tasks to support efficient project execution.

Qualifications Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field; equivalent relevant work experience may be considered. 0–2 years of experience in administrative support, project coordination, engineering support, or a related role. Proficiency in both English and Mandarin , including verbal and written communication, is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Strong organizational, documentation, and follow-up skills with attention to detail. Ability to coordinate multiple tasks, communicate effectively across departments, and meet deadlines. Experience with purchase orders, quotations, invoicing, billing documentation, or material tracking is a plus. Basic understanding of project documentation, quality control records, or workplace safety documentation is a plus. Proactive, dependable, and willing to learn in a fast-paced project environment.
