Assembly Associate

Job Summary We are seeking dependable Assembly Associates to join a manufacturing team responsible for assembling products according to work instructions and quality standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and committed to producing quality products in a fast-paced environment. Shift Schedule: First, Second, and Third Shifts Available Schedule based on business needs, OT may be required Responsibilities Assemble products using hand tools, power tools, or automated equipment. Follow assembly instructions and production specifications. Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy. Package completed products for shipment. Maintain a clean and organized workstation. Meet daily production and quality goals. Follow all safety procedures. Assist with other production duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred but not required. Ability to perform repetitive tasks. Strong attention to detail. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand for extended periods. Reliable attendance and dependable transportation. Physical Requirements Stand for extended periods. Frequently bend, reach, twist, and lift throughout the shift. Perform repetitive hand and arm movements. Work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and moderate noise.
