Key Responsibilities Manage and monitor daily compressor operations, ensuring optimal performance and safety. Maintain accurate operational reports and documentation. Collaborate closely with foremen, mechanics, and lease operators to troubleshoot issues and optimize equipment performance. Assist with repairs and mechanical troubleshooting when needed. Be available for on-call duties and support occasional travel requirements. Must-Have Requirements 2-3 years of mechanical or oilfield-related experience preferred. Prior compressor gas lift operations experience is a plus. Familiarity with CAT 3500, 3600, and Ariel compressors is preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Valid vehicle operator’s license with an insurable driving record. High School Diploma or equivalent. Nice-to-Have Skills Experience in compressor gas lift operations. Ability to assist with repairs and mechanical troubleshooting. Knowledge of oilfield safety protocols and equipment. What We Offer Competitive pay range of $41.25/hour DOE.
