Compliance Specialist

Detail-oriented and proactive, the full-time remote Compliance Specialist will navigate regulatory requirements, support bank partnerships, and strengthen internal controls to ensure compliance within a fast-growing FinTech company. Key responsibilities Support bank partnerships by attending meetings and assisting with testing, audits, and compliance reporting requirements Coordinate internal and external reviews of marketing assets to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations Conduct routine testing of first-line defense controls to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Legal Studies, Compliance, Risk Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 3+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, or regulatory support within fintech or financial services Strong understanding of compliance frameworks and internal controls Excellent organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple compliance activities Proficiency in productivity tools, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, with strong skills in spreadsheets
