AI Document Processing in finance processes At Dynatos, you work on how invoices, orders, and other documents enter and drive finance processes. If that input is wrong, everything that follows breaks. You work with Routty, our platform for Intelligent Document Processing. It is used in procure-to-pay and order-to-cash processes to manage invoices, orders, and other business documents in a structured, reliable way. You will work on projects across multiple European countries. This role is not about “doing AI”. It is about making sure documents are correctly understood, validated, and usable in downstream processes like matching, approval, and reporting. Poor document handling still causes delays, errors, and manual rework in many organizations. Your work sits exactly at that point. What you will do You work on implementations where document processing is part of a wider finance process. mapping how documents enter the process and where data breaks pinpointing where data causes matching failures or manual rework configuring document classification and data extraction in Routty setting up validation rules and exception handling designing routing logic based on business rules and metadata supporting workshops, testing, and go-live phases translating process issues into structured solution designs working with developers and architects on more complex scenarios You are not just configuring a tool. You are shaping how documents flow through a process. Why this role matters In many organizations, automation fails at the intake stage. If document data is wrong: invoice matching breaks approvals slow down exceptions increase finance teams fall back to manual corrections That creates friction across the entire process. Your role is to ensure the input is reliable enough for the rest of the process to operate under control. What makes this role different This is not a standard implementation role. You work at the intersection of: finance operations e-invoicing requirements ERP integrations That means: no fixed templates no one‑size‑fits‑all setup You deal with variation, exceptions, and real operational constraints. What customers expect from you Customers do not need a configuration specialist. They need someone who: understands how documents impact finance processes can explain what works and what does not brings structure in situations where data is inconsistent makes practical choices instead of theoretical designs Clarity matters more than complexity. What you bring You combine process understanding with technical curiosity. You bring: experience as a functional or implementation consultant in P2P or O2C understanding of how finance processes depend on document input affinity with systems, integrations, and data structures experience with workflows, mappings, or structured data (such as JSON) the ability to translate business requirements into working configurations clear communication with both business and technical stakeholders You do not need to be a developer. But you do need to understand how systems behave. Nice to have: experience with IDP, OCR, or document capture platforms experience with XSLT understanding of accounting basics and e‑invoicing developments What you will learn You will build a strong understanding of how document processing connects to finance operations.
