Responsibilities Deliver outstanding customer service to all shoppers, ensuring a positive and memorable experience. Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide knowledgeable advice on products. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point‑of‑sale (POS) system. Assist with stock management, including receiving deliveries, replenishing shelves, and conducting regular inventory checks. Maintain high standards of store presentation and visual merchandising in line with company guidelines. Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales targets and operational goals. Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and timely manner. Qualifications Proven experience in a retail or customer service environment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers. A professional, positive, and enthusiastic attitude. Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail. The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
