About the Opportunity Drive consistency and performance across a growing property portfolio. We’re looking for an Operations Assistant to partner closely with the Director of Operations – supporting onsite teams, stepping into communities when needed, and helping ensure operations run smoothly across multiple properties. This role is built for someone who wants to be in the middle of operations, not behind a desk. You’ll work directly with leadership while supporting multiple communities across the DFW portfolio, gaining exposure to day‑to‑day property operations, team development, and performance execution. You’ll play a key role in maintaining consistency across sites, supporting onsite teams, and stepping in where needed to keep operations moving. This is a high‑visibility position with the opportunity to grow into broader operational leadership over time. What You’ll Own Support onboarding and training of new onsite team members Provide operational support across multiple communities within the portfolio Travel to properties to assist with leasing activity, team coverage, and daily operations Reinforce operational processes to ensure consistency across sites Partner with onsite teams and leadership to identify and solve operational challenges Assist with administrative coordination, reporting, and communication across teams Step in to support or lead onsite teams during staffing gaps or high‑demand periods Help drive team performance through hands‑on support and accountability What Success Looks Like Onsite teams feel supported, trained, and set up for success Operational processes are executed consistently across all communities Staffing gaps are covered seamlessly with minimal disruption to performance Leasing and day‑to‑day operations continue smoothly during high‑demand periods Leadership can rely on you as a trusted partner to step in and deliver results You proactively identify issues and take action before they impact operations Who This Role Is For 2+ years of onsite property management experience required Experience in multifamily property management environments Strong working knowledge of RealPage; OneSite preferred Comfortable working across multiple sites and shifting priorities Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust across teams Organized, adaptable, and able to operate in a fast‑paced environment What Sets You Apart You take ownership and step in without being asked You’re equally comfortable handling admin work and being onsite with teams You bring a positive, solutions‑focused mindset to every situation You enjoy training, mentoring, and helping others succeed You communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally across all levels Why This Role This is an opportunity to grow beyond a single‑site role and gain exposure to multi‑site operations and leadership.
