Product Manager, Sortation Solutions

Job Description We are looking for a Postal Sortation Solutions Product and Business Development Manager who has the following qualities: curiosity, innovation, passion, and a desire to make an impact. What You’ll Do Work closely with product, sales, and research to prioritize and set the product agenda, synthesize input from clients, sales, and the market to craft best‑in‑class solutions. Identify features and assess their value for the client. Ensure that clear specifications and requirements are provided for new product development. Maintain the product roadmap. Work alongside Product Marketing to support campaigns and develop event‑driven opportunities. Monitor the financial performance of the products and features set that you will manage. Measure and evaluate how the product is used and its lifetime value to the clients and the company. Participate in the development and communication of the product vision of the company. Program and project manage. What You’ll Bring 5+ years of experience in product development, or project/product management. Interest in innovation, and technology. Data analysis skills and knowledge. Ability to make things happen, results‑oriented. Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills. Ability to see the big picture and have an abstract discussion, while also being able to focus on details. Outstanding communication and consensus building skills. You’re also comfortable taking ownership of projects and making decisions. Qualifications Associate, BS or BA in technology preferred. Experience working directly within quantitative portfolio management, including knowledge of analytics, risk, performance attribution and portfolio construction. A minimum of 2 years in a product development, or project/product management role. Solid technology grounding. Strong oral and written communications skills. Strong problem‑solving skills. Ability to work effectively across teams. Danbury, CT based, but flexible work schedule and willingness to travel to see customers or future partner.
