## RN - Cardiac Cath LabApplylocations: NCH 800 W Central Rd Arlington Heightstime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: R33835**Hourly Pay Range:**$36.00 - $55.80 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.Job Description**Position Highlights:*** **Sign on Bonus: $20,000-** Must have at least 1 year of prior Cath lab experience.* Position: Registered Nurse - Cardiac Cath Lab department - Days* Location: Northwest Community Hospital - Arlington Heights, IL* Full time/Part time: Full Time, 40 hours/week* Hours: 6:30am – 5:00pm (Scheduled Monday – Friday)* On call required in addition to regular schedule: Approximately 6-7 on call shifts per month including weekends* Required Travel: No**What you will do:*** Provides patient assessment and collection of health data involving patient, family and other health care providers.* Coordinates patient plan of care to assure interventions are consistent, safe, timely and appropriate.* Communicates clearly and effectively with all customers, in person, on the phone and in writing.* Individualizes patient and family teaching based on a thorough assessment to meet their specific learning needs.* Participates in evaluating quality and effectiveness of nursing practice by participating in quality improvement initiatives.* Maintains professional knowledge in current nursing practice standards, laws and regulations.**What you will need:*** Successful completion of an Associate's degree or BSN from an accredited school of nursing* Current licensure to practice nursing in the State of Illinois* 1 year of Cath Lab experience Preferred* Current CPR certification from the American Heart Association* ACLS certification**Benefits:*** Eligibility for our Annual Incentive Plan, which offers the potential to earn a certain percentage amount of your base salary based on organizational performance.
