Bank of America is seeking a client‑engagement associate to welcome customers in the lobby, guide them through self‑service banking options, and process cash transactions efficiently. Responsibilities Execute the bank’s risk culture and strive for operational excellence. Build relationships with clients to meet their financial needs. Follow established processes and guidelines in daily activities, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Grow business knowledge and network by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments. Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively. Drive the client experience throughout the lobby and self‑service interactions. Manage cash responsibilities and ensure accuracy in all transactions. Required Qualifications Enthusiastic, self‑starter with a strong work ethic and results focus, always acting in the best interest of the client. Excellent collaboration skills and a proven ability to build and nurture strong relationships. Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills to identify and deliver solutions that meet client needs. Effective communicator, comfortable engaging all clients across a variety of channels. Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms, including self‑service banking tools. Proficiency in educating clients on simple banking transactions (ATM, online, mobile). Efficient time and capacity management, with a focus on results while maintaining compliance. Availability to work weekends and/or extended hours, and flexible to be scheduled at any financial center location in the United States. Desired Qualifications Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial products and solutions. Minimum one year of successful sales experience in a salary‑plus‑incentive environment with individual sales goals. At least six months of cash handling experience. Bachelor’s degree or business‑relevant associate’s degree (business management, business administration, or finance).
