Sales & Customer Experience Assistant

Westbrook Toyota is looking for a motivated, dependable, and customer-focused Sales & Customer Experience Assistant. This is an hourly position created for someone who wants to learn the automotive business from the ground up while working alongside an experienced sales team. We believe the best sales professionals are developed—not simply hired. If you have the right attitude, strong work ethic, integrity, and willingness to learn, we'll provide the training, coaching, and experience to help you grow.
This Position Is Ideal For Someone Who Wants To:
• Begin a long-term career in the automotive industry • Learn directly from experienced sales professionals • Develop outstanding customer service and communication skills • Gain product knowledge and dealership experience • Earn the opportunity to grow into a Sales Consultant role based on performance
What You'll Do
• Welcome customers and create a positive first impression • Assist the sales team with appointments and vehicle presentations • Prepare vehicles for deliveries and demonstrations • Help maintain the showroom and vehicle displays • Learn Toyota products, technology, and dealership operations • Support daily sales activities and administrative tasks • Deliver an exceptional customer experience
