What You'll Do

* Reach out to candidates to introduce MLR's opportunities and assess their interest

* Coordinate meetings between candidates and our recruiters for comprehensive evaluations

* Follow up with candidates to maintain their interest and support throughout the hiring process

* Ensure accurate and up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system

* Receive commission rewards based on meetings scheduled, interviews conducted, and successful hires resulting from your leads

What You Need to Succeed

* Excellent written and spoken communication skills

* A self-driven and proactive attitude taking charge of your own day

* A passion for outreach, creating connections, and assisting individuals in progressing in their careers

* No prior recruitment background required if you're organized and resourceful, we'll guide you in further skill development

How You'll Be Paid

This role is entirely performance-based and commission-only. This means there are no limits placed on your earning potential or success.

Your earnings are driven by the tangible value you create:

* Commission for every qualified meeting you successfully arrange
