About the Role
The Company is seeking an Assistant Vice President for University Advancement and Campaign Operations. The successful candidate will serve as the chief operational advisor to the Vice President for University Advancement, providing strategic leadership in departmental operations, project management, and advancement services. This role is pivotal in ensuring the alignment of all functional areas within Advancement, promoting efficient processes, effective communication, and accountability to departmental goals. The AVPUACO will also be responsible for overseeing data strategy, performance management, and team leadership, with a focus on fostering a culture of excellence and continuous professional growth. Applicants must have a strong Christian commitment and adhere to the values of the institution. A bachelor's degree or substantial work experience in Advancement Operations leadership is required, along with 5-7 years' experience in project and operations management and data reporting within the context of higher education and/or non-profit fundraising. The role demands a candidate with a proven track record in campaign operations, the ability to work with diverse colleagues, and a deep understanding of fundraising efforts and donor expectations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional writing and interpersonal skills, and the ability to lead a team to inspire high performance. Responsibilities also include fostering institutional engagement, and culture, and ensuring the success of campaign operations in alignment with the organization's strategic priorities.
