Client opportunities may include Leesburg, Ashburn, Sterling, Purcellville, South Riding, Aldie, Middleburg, Hamilton, Lovettsville, and surrounding communities. What We Offer Competitive PRN Compensation Flexible Scheduling Choose the Areas You Want to Cover Consistent Client Opportunities One-on-One Client Care Mileage Reimbursement Supportive Office & Clinical Team Professional Growth Opportunities What You'll Do Assist clients with activities of daily living Provide bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal care assistance Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation Provide toileting and incontinence care Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed Provide companionship and emotional support Help maintain a safe and comfortable home environment Observe and report changes in a client's condition Follow the established plan of care Complete required documentation accurately and on time What We're Looking For Active Virginia CNA Certification Required Current CPR/BLS Certification Preferred Compassionate, dependable, and professional Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable transportation Ability to travel to clients' homes within your selected service area Home Care or Home Health Experience Preferred, but Not Required Why Human Touch?
