Based locally in Burleson, TX. Duties and responsibilities include:Follow the facility's preventative maintenance programConduct scheduled inspections of ForkliftsMaintain clean and organized environment in the Maintenance Department work area; promptly clean up after maintenance and repair work is completed within the facilityAssist in equipment testing and follow manufacturer's guidelinesPerform corrective actions required for out-of-specification conditions as directed by supervisorAssist in analytical troubleshooting of issues to maintain equipment.Accurately record and document all completed maintenance, modifications, and repairsPromptly report observed equipment, facility, and maintenance needs to supervisorMake suggestions for changes which would help the facility achieve improved efficiency, quality, and safetyAssist in maintaining the inventory of maintenance supplies, tools, and replacement partsThis position is responsible for safe work practices and responsible manner to prevent damage of equipment or propertyMust have the ability to report for work on time, follow directions, interact effectively with co-workers, understand, and follow rules and procedures and accept constructive criticismSkills Required:Strong interpersonal, customer service, and organizational skillsPhysical effort to move objects and tools that may weigh up to 75 pounds; frequent stooping, bending, squatting, and kneelingA high level of dexterityAs needed, provide basic tools per the JobOperate motor vehiclesDevelop basic computer skillsAbility to support all plant operationsAdvocate safety at all levels
