Entry Level Sales Representative (100% Commission) – Remote

Job Summary

We're looking for a driven and enthusiastic Entry Level Sales Representative to join our remote team. In this fully commission-based role, you'll receive comprehensive training and one-on-one mentorship to help you succeed—even if you have no prior experience. If you're self-motivated, coachable, and passionate about helping others, this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for.

Responsibilities

Connect with individuals and families to understand their insurance needs
Present customized insurance solutions during virtual appointments
Follow up with leads and provide exceptional customer support
Maintain accurate records using CRM tools
Participate in weekly training and mentorship sessions
Learn and apply proven sales techniques while building client relationships
