Role Overview

Initio Sphere is onboarding Deal Origination Associates to identify, originate, and introduce qualified investment opportunities to our investor and fund manager network.

This is not an employment role . Deal Origination Associates operate as independent contractors , activated through a verification and approval process.

Once approved, Deal Origination Associates:

• Source and submit qualified off-market or proprietary investment opportunities

• Work directly with capital allocators and sponsors on live transactions

• Earn transaction-based compensation for deals that successfully close

• Build a verified deal origination track record within the Initio Sphere ecosystem

This role is ideal for professionals already close to deal flow, including operators, brokers, intermediaries, advisors, and well-networked professionals.

What You’ll Do (Approval-Based)

Approved Deal Origination Associates may:

• Source proprietary or semi-proprietary investment opportunities

• Introduce deals to Initio Sphere’s investor and sponsor network

• Provide high-level deal context (asset, structure, economics, investment thesis)

• Coordinate initial introductions between deal principals and capital partners

• Support early-stage diligence handoff (financial modeling and underwriting are handled by analysts)

Deal Origination Associates are not responsible for underwriting, modeling, or capital raising.

Eligible Deal Types

Based on approval, Deal Origination Associates may submit opportunities across:

• Commercial real estate (multifamily, industrial, retail, mixed-use)

• Private equity and growth equity transactions

• Operating businesses and special situations

• Structured or opportunistic investments

Deal categories are approved based on experience and demonstrated sourcing credibility.

Compensation & Economics

• Success-based compensation only

• Typical earnings range from $1,000 to $10,000+ per closed transaction

• Compensation is paid upon successful transaction close and fee collection

• Exact economics vary by deal size, structure, and origination role

• No caps on earnings for consistently high-quality deal flow

How Deal Origination Associates Get Activated

1. Submit a Deal Origination Associate application and background details

2. Complete verification and deal category approval

3. Get activated within the Initio Sphere platform

4. Begin submitting qualified deals to the network

There is no cold applying to funds and no blind pitching .
Approved opportunities are introduced through curated, platform-driven channels.

• Provide investment advice

• Represent Initio Sphere in a regulated capacity

All activity is limited to deal origination, introduction, and relationship facilitation and must comply with applicable securities laws.
