About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Rehabilitation Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 1 year of medical-surgical experience required. Long-Term Acute Care/Skilled Nursing Facility experience accepted. License: Must have an active registered nurse license. Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. Must-Have: Floating required. Every other weekend coverage required. First-time travelers accepted. No block schedule accommodations available. Description: This position is for a Registered Nurse specializing in Rehabilitation. The nurse will be responsible for managing a patient ratio of 1:5-7. The role requires proficiency in Med-Surg nursing practices. Experience with nasal cannula, non-invasive airway management, and oxygen administration is needed. Peripheral line care and management skills are essential. The nurse must be capable of providing tracheostomy care and management. Experience with rapid response and code teams is needed. Interdisciplinary support is available for complex patient needs. The nurse’s responsibilities include all aspects of tracheostomy care and management. Rapid response personnel are accessible if necessary. Compliance with RTO restrictions is required. No license hits are acceptable, and all license submissions must be recent. Any special scheduling requests must be discussed during the interview process. All candidates must submit their legal first and last names for the background check and badge process. Candidates with less than two years of experience will also be considered.
