Inpatient CDI Specialist & Documentation Quality Lead

University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center

UT Southwestern Medical Center is seeking a CDI Coordinator to act as a clinical subject matter expert, mentor, and liaison for the CDI, Coding, and Quality teams. You will perform second-level reviews of inpatient records to improve documentation integrity and identify opportunities for improvement. The role includes managing post-discharge workflows, evaluating potential PSIs, and responding to CDI questions from the team.
