Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities Manage other maintenance requests as required Examine building windows, walls, and doors for damage and perform repairs when needed Make records of when any equipment was serviced and repairs were made Perform routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as plumbing fixtures, HVAC units, and electrical wiring to ensure optimal performance and make any repairs Plan and implement preventative maintenance procedures to maximize equipment operations and minimize safety risks Qualifications Has high school diploma, GED, or equivalent 2+ years of maintenance experience Strong understanding of maintenance equipment, techniques and procedures Stellar communication skills, attention to detail, and work ethic Should be able to demonstrate understanding of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems Compensation $16 - $18 hourly #J-18808-Ljbffr Home2 Suites by Hilton Warner Robins
