Job Description Atlantic Coast Automotive, Inc. Job Title: IT Manager Location: 1479 Genesee Street, Oneida, NY 13421 Workplace Type: On-site Start Date: Jul-21-2024 Responsibilities Oversee and manage the company's IT infrastructure, including network, hardware, software, and security systems. Maintain and optimize the Cisco Meraki network environment. Ensure reliability and performance of Reynolds and Reynolds DMS. Administer and manage Google Workspace, including user accounts, security settings, and collaboration tools. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of IT professionals; assign tasks, set performance goals, and conduct regular performance reviews. Manage multiple IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Coordinate with stakeholders to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables. Track project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed. Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for complex IT issues. Implement and maintain IT support processes to ensure timely resolution of user issues. Monitor and respond to IT incidents, minimizing downtime and disruption. Develop and implement IT strategies that align with the organization's business goals. Stay updated on the latest technology trends and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and security. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including executive management. Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide appropriate solutions. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management or a similar role. Proven experience with Cisco Meraki, Reynolds and Reynolds DMS, and Google Workspace. Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, network management, and cybersecurity. Excellent people management and leadership skills. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively. Relevant certifications (e.g., Cisco, Google, Okta) are a plus. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse teams. Proactive, self‑motivated, and results‑oriented. Work Environment Work environment will be largely a car dealership environment. Regular travel between 6 dealership locations is to be expected; 5 dealerships are close together and the 6th is approximately a 20‑minute drive in Rome, NY.
