Production Worker

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated Production Worker to join their team. As a Production Worker, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production line. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Worker

Location: Hoosick Falls, NY

Pay Rate: $21

Shift: Evenings, Days (14:30-23:00)

What's the Job?

• Follow prescribed safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment
• Maintain a 5S acceptable work area to promote organization and efficiency
• Operate and monitor production equipment to meet operational standards
• Help meet production goals safely and efficiently
• Maintain quality standards throughout the manufacturing process

What's Needed?

• Ability to work varied hours, days, and overtime as business needs dictate
• Willingness to learn and develop valuable manufacturing skills
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety
• No prior experience required; training will be provided
