About the Organization The Work‑Family Connection is a nonprofit organization that provides before‑and‑after school enrichment programs. Since 1989, we have served over 30 school districts, offering parents a safe environment where their children can receive homework help, stay supervised, and have fun. Position Title Junior Assistant Location Alexandria Twp Employment Type Full-Time/Part-Time (Part-Time) Schedule Tuesday – Friday, 2:30 pm to 6:30 pm. Flexible schedules may be available. Responsibilities Assist the Site Director with day‑to‑day program operations. Interact constantly with children and parents. Implement curriculum and activities. Assist children with homework. Maintain safety and supervision of the program. Demonstrate motivation, teamwork, and a positive attitude. Requirements Must be 16 years or older. No prior experience required.
