Responsibilities
Assist residents with activities of daily living
Provide bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility assistance
Take and document vital signs when required
Report changes in resident condition to the nurse
Assist nursing staff with resident care
Follow facility policies, care plans, and infection-control procedures
Maintain a safe and respectful care environment
Provide compassionate, dependable care
Requirements
Active Minnesota CNA registration
Ability to complete required background checks and onboarding
Dependable and professional
Strong communication skills
Reliable transportation
Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
