Job Description Provide high-level legal and administrative support to attorneys in the Trust and Estate Planning practice Prepare, proofread, revise, and finalize estate planning documents and client correspondence Coordinate client meetings, document signings, calendars, and follow-ups Communicate professionally with clients, including high-net-worth individuals and families Manage attorney calendars, travel arrangements, expenses, and executive-level support needs Draft emails and correspondence for attorney review Assist with billing follow-up and internal coordination Maintain accurate matter files, client records, and firm systems Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion Qualifications 3+ years of legal assistant or legal administrative experience in a law firm Experience supporting partners, senior attorneys, or executives Strong client-facing communication skills and professional judgment Excellent organization, proofreading, and multitasking abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal document management systems Trust and estate planning experience is a plus Why You Will Love Working Here You will be trusted, valued, and supported in a firm culture that rewards initiative and professionalism.
