• Scope of Work: Patients Per Shift:20, The physicians will support a growing women s health program across multiple care settings, including the outpatient clinic, hospital operating room, ambulatory surgery center (ASC), and limited backup hospital call coverage.
• Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Licensed in WA or IMLC, BLS, Fellowship preferred, BC, Vendors should submit board-certified OB/GYN candidates with an active Washington license (or IMLC eligibility), DEA registration, and at least three years of post-training experience (or two years plus fellowship training). Candidates must have recent clinic and surgical experience, be able to practice independently, and work collaboratively with APPs and midwives.

• Pay Rate: $285/hr

  • Preference is strongly given to candidates who can work across all three areas, though providers must be able to cover at least two.
  • Physicians will work alongside OB/GYNs, APPs, and certified nurse midwives, providing patient care, clinical consultation, and mentorship to newer providers.
  • The ideal schedule is full-time (five days per week, four weeks per month), though a minimum commitment of two weeks on/two weeks off is acceptable.
  • Candidates must be flexible enough to transition between clinic and procedural responsibilities based on patient demand and may be required to leave clinic duties for urgent hospital coverage when on backup call.
  • Vendors should submit board-certified OB/GYN candidates with an active Washington license (or IMLC eligibility), DEA registration, and at least three years of post-training experience (or two years plus fellowship training).
  • Candidates must have recent clinic and surgical experience, be able to practice independently, and work collaboratively with APPs and midwives.
  • Required submission materials include a current CV, explanation of all employment gaps, disclosure of any malpractice claims or settlements, and a completed provider skills checklist prior to bid submission.
  • Vendors must agree to a mutual 90-day cancellation clause, except in cases involving provider performance, misconduct, or safety concerns.
  • Overtime paid after 40 hours worked per week.
