Senior Enterprise Solutions Analyst

Position Overview

The Senior Enterprise Solutions Analyst helps improve business operations through data analysis, software development, system integration, and process improvement. This role works with IT, operations, finance, sales, and other teams to turn business needs into practical technical solutions. The analyst also supports implementation projects and builds reporting tools that help leaders make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and translate requirements into technical specifications, system enhancements, and measurable solutions.

• Design and implement integrations between operational platforms and enterprise systems, including APIs and data pipelines.

• Develop and maintain applications and analytics solutions using C#, .NET, Blazor, SQL, Power BI, and related tools.

• Build reports and dashboards that track operational performance and support business decisions.

• Lead requirements discussions with stakeholders across IT, operations, finance, sales, and other departments.

• Document integrations, data flows, system requirements, and process workflows.

• Coordinate testing, deployment, user training, and change management for system implementations.

• Monitor system performance, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements.

• Serve as a resource for cross-functional teams on enterprise systems and data structures.

• Work with software vendors and implementation partners to support successful deployments.

Required Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, software development, or an operational role with increasing technical responsibility.

• Advanced C# development skills, including experience with .NET and Blazor.

• Experience with CI/CD practices and tools such as Azure DevOps or GitHub Enterprise.

• Advanced SQL skills, including experience querying complex databases and creating enterprise reports.

• Experience with system integrations, APIs, or middleware platforms such as Azure Data Factory.

• Proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, SSRS, or similar reporting and analytics tools.

• Ability to gather requirements, document processes, and translate business needs into technical solutions.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and project coordination skills.

• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and work effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using Claude Code or OpenAI Codex in software development workflows.

• Experience with ERP platforms such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.

• Familiarity with logistics and operational platforms such as RoadNet, Omnitracs, or Samsara.

• Experience with Agile methods and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.

• Background in data warehousing or business intelligence architecture.

• Experience with cloud platforms or integration platform as a service (iPaaS) tools.
