Overview Marketing Team Leader Salary $150-175K + 2 Bonises | Location: Melville, NY | Hybrid Flexible Work Schedule Our client, a well-established insurance brokerage, is seeking an experienced Commercial Insurance Marketing Specialist to join its growing team. This is an outstanding opportunity for an insurance professional with strong carrier relationships, technical coverage expertise, and a proven ability to negotiate competitive insurance programs. Responsibilities Manage the marketing and renewal process for commercial accounts, including market analysis, loss trend analysis, renewal negotiations, and proposal preparation. Develop creative marketing strategies to retain existing clients and secure new business. Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance carriers to obtain the best coverage, pricing, and service for clients. Support producers during new business presentations, account implementation, and client meetings. Review coverage, identify gaps, and recommend appropriate insurance solutions. Analyze policy forms, coverage comparisons, and loss experience to ensure comprehensive protection. Oversee policy processing, endorsements, certificates of insurance, invoicing, premium breakdowns, and policy changes. Ensure compliance with agency procedures, carrier requirements, and client expectations. Monitor market trends and introduce new products and coverage solutions. Assist in training service and sales staff while promoting carrier value-added services. Prepare marketing reports and performance analyses for management. Participate in continuing education, industry meetings, and carrier training. Qualifications Commercial Property & Casualty insurance experience within an insurance brokerage or agency. Strong marketing, underwriting, and coverage analysis skills. Excellent negotiation and carrier relationship management abilities. Thorough understanding of commercial insurance products and policy forms. Outstanding communication, organizational, and client service skills. Active Property & Casualty License preferred.
