As the New Car Sales Manager, you will drive new car sales performance, develop sales strategies, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a superior buying experience. Responsibilities: Lead and manage the new car sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives. Develop and implement sales strategies and promotions to maximize sales. Coach, train, and motivate sales staff to improve performance and customer satisfaction. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as legal and ethical sales practices. Requirements: Proven experience in automotive sales management, preferably in new car sales. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform decision-making. Customer-focused with a commitment to providing outstanding service. Familiarity with automotive CRM systems and sales processes is a plus.
