Clinic SupervisorSupervises clinic staff along with daily operations to ensure compliance with policies and procedures and enforce standard of workParticipates in lean processes and in the development of policies and programs intended to improve the delivery of care and maintain accreditationDevelops schedules for clinic staff to ensure adequate coverageConducts staff meetings to provide education, updates, and general information as neededMonitors and influences key performance metrics as assignedProvide direct patient care as neededDemonstrates competence to perform assigned patient care responsibilities in a manner that meets the age-specific and developmental needs of patients served by primary care to include adults and children.Graduation from an accredited School of Vocational Nursing is required. Recommend at least two years experience in an outpatient setting with progressive responsibilities. Recommend at least two years experience in a supervisory/management position in a health care setting.Must possess a current license to practice Vocational Nursing in the State of Texas. Must maintain a current CPR Certification. ACLS certification is preferred.
