Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Acute Care Physical Therapist to provide exceptional patient care in a short-term acute care setting. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong acute care experience and be committed to delivering high-quality rehabilitation services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and implement therapy interventions for patients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation processes and home exercise programs.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation using the Epic charting system.
• Adhere to best practices in acute care rehabilitation for a diverse patient population.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active and valid State PT license.
• Minimum of 1 year of acute care experience is required.
• Experience with various patient diagnoses and rehabilitation protocols.
• CPI Certification preferred.
