Start your driving career with a role designed for recent CDL A holders in the Roanoke, VA area. 365 Freight USA is hiring recent graduates and newly licensed CDL A drivers for a paid 4–6 week mentor training program. You will ride and work alongside an experienced driver, learn the day-to-day flow of professional trucking, and then transition into solo driving. After training, drivers can earn $1,600–$1,800 weekly with full benefits.

What you'll be doing
- Complete a 4–6 week paid mentor training period, learning day-to-day driving routines and preparing to transition into solo driving.
- Drive with an assigned mentor while assisting with pickups and deliveries and learning how to handle and secure loads safely and efficiently.
- Follow safe driving practices, complete required vehicle and trip checks, and develop professional habits for over-the-road operations.
- Gain hands-on experience with trip flow, communication, and decision-making as you progress from recent graduate to independent driver.
